I had an issue with my phone where it would randomly shut off and turn back on every five minutes, and we couldn’t figure out what was causing it. I took it here , and even though it was a rare and difficult issue to diagnose, they didn’t give up.

They kept me informed throughout the entire process and did a great job figuring out what was going on and getting my phone working properly again. The customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated being kept in the loop every step of the way.
